Our Prospects Against The Russians And Chinese In World War III

By Paul Craig Roberts

“Americans need to pay attention to the fact that their government
is just a collection of crazed stupid fools.”

The Saker reports that Russia is preparing for World War III, not because Russia intends to initiate aggression but because Russia is alarmed by the hubris and arrogance of the West, by the demonization of Russia, by provocative military actions by the West, by American interference in the Russian province of Chechnya and in former Russian provinces of Ukraine and Georgia, and by the absence of any restraint from Western Europe on Washington’s ability to foment war.

Like Steven Starr, Stephen Cohen, myself, and a small number of others, the Saker understands the reckless irresponsibility of convincing Russia that the United States intends to attack her.

It is extraordinary to see the confidence that many Americans place in their military’s ability. After 15 years the US has been unable to defeat a few lightly armed Taliban, and after 13 years the situation in Iraq remains out of control. This is not very reassuring for the prospect of taking on Russia, much less the strategic alliance between Russia and China. The US could not even defeat China, a Third World country at the time, in Korea 60 years ago.

Americans need to pay attention to the fact that “their” government is just a collection of crazed stupid fools likely to bring vaporization to the United States and all of Europe.

Russian weapons systems are far superior to American ones. American weapons are produced by private companies for the purpose of making vast profits. The capability of the weapons is not the main concern. There are endless cost overruns that raise the price of US weapons into outer space. (See here)

The F-35 fighter, which is less capable than the F-15 it is supposed to replace, costs between $148 million and $337 million per fighter, depending on whether it is an Air Force, Marine Corps, or Navy model.

A helmet for a F-35 pilot costs $400,000, more than a high end Ferrari.

Would you pay $400,000 for this helmet?
Isn’t the American taxpayer being ripped off?

It is entirely possible that the world is being led to destruction by nothing more than the greed of the US military-security complex. Delighted that the reckless and stupid Obama regime has resurrected the Cold War, thus providing a more convincing “enemy” than the hoax terrorist one, the “Russian threat” has been restored to its 20th century role of providing a justification for bleeding the American taxpayer, social services, and the US economy dry in behalf of profits for armament manufacturers.

However, this time Washington’s rhetoric accompanying the revived Cold War is far more reckless and dangerous, as are Washington’s actions, than during the real Cold War. Previous US presidents worked to defuse tensions. The Obama regime has inflated tensions with lies and reckless provocations, which makes it far more likely that the new Cold War will turn hot. If Killary gains the White House, the world is unlikely to survive her first term.

All of America’s wars except the first—the war for independence—were wars for Empire.

Keep that fact in mind as you hear the Memorial Day bloviations about the brave men and women who served our country in its times of peril. The United States has never been in peril, but Washington has delivered peril to numerous other countries in its pursuit of hegemony over others.

Today for the first time in its history the US faces peril as a result of Washington’s attempts to assert hegemony over Russia and China.

Russia and China are not impressed by Washington’s arrogance, hubris, and stupidity. Moreover, these two countries are not the native American Plains Indians, who were starved into submission by the Union Army’s slaughter of the buffalo.

They are not the tired Spain of 1898 from whom Washington stole Cuba and the Philippines and called the theft a “liberation.”

They are not small Japan whose limited resources were spread over the vastness of the Pacific and Asia.

They are not Germany already defeated by the Red Army before Washington came to the war.

They are not Granada, Panama, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, or the various Latin American countries that General Smedley Butler said the US Marines made safe for “the United Fruit Company” and “some lousy bank investment.”

An insouciant American population preoccupied with selfies and delusions of military prowess, while its crazed government picks a fight with Russia and China, has no future.

the world is unlikely to survive her first term.”

  1. We Americans, despite our convenient and (relative) luxurious lifestyle, are “between a rock and a hard spot” dealing with our government. While me may deplore what it has become, we cannot lose sight of the fact that it has caused us to have powerful enemies born of the righteous indignation of those our government has mistreated and destroyed. Therefore, unless we invite our own demise, we are forced to support our armed forces. Other countries are in a similar boat. Example, Russia, as it may strive to live-down the horrors of its communist regime (from which it has not yet recovered). Should we ever chance a ressurection of that power?? Some of us have been fighting its manifestation in our own country (observe Killary, et.al.), and it is getting tiring – so, a lot of us are getting to the point of shouting “BRING THE BATTLE ON!”.

    1. Gil –

Enemies not that powerful…. not productive….
…….. “Jus burly gettin’ bah..” 🙂

Russians work long hours but lag behind in productivity

Alfa Bank says Russia’s weak growth stems more from factors other than economic policy.

Russians work the second-longest hours in Europe after Greece. It may not be a race worth winning. That’s because in terms of productivity, measured by gross domestic product per hour worked, Russia is behind every country in Europe with 25.9. Greece is almost as bad at 36.2, way below the European Union average of 50, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development estimates.

Like debt, low productivity can ravage an economy. Alongside slumping investment and poor demographics, it’s one of three structural constraints that are leaving the shrinking economy “hobbled,” according to Alfa Bank, Russia’s biggest private lender that estimates the country’s potential growth rate at 0.5 per cent to 1 per cent.

Wages in Russia increased to 36,210 RUB/Month in April from 35,570 RUB/Month in March of 2016.
That is $541 per month USD…. $6,492 per year.

Wages in Manufacturing in China increased to 55,324 CNY/Year in 2015.
      That is $8,394.30 USD.

Wages in the United States increased to 21.49 USD/Hour in May from 21.46 USD/Hour in April of 2016.
That is $45,000 per year on 40 hours a week.

    2. There is of course a simple solution…easily overlooked it is so obvious. Throw of the zionist yoke and bring its leaders to task.
      Problem solved.

  2. Maybe when this helmet turns up in the army surplus stores for $4 apiece, i’ll buy it for Halloween fun and ride my tricycle around the neighborhood scaring livestock and gentry.

Jew’s master strategy devolved to plan B, because in his greed to skin America alive with his DoD swindles, the untold weapons programs were turned into junkyard waste and now he knows that in a real war, against real opponent, his 14 million ass will be fried for good.

Thus, no real war, he will scoop all the useless eater cannon fodder into NATO pot and sic them onto Russia where they won’t stand a tiniest chance.
Even if they did, it’s a win-win, like any war that Jew fomented.
But the JUSA will stand clear this time in order to protect the Jew.

So, Lepieu, no, your picture is skewed, the dominoes are down already and have no chance of recovery while JUSA’s boot is on their necks.

  3. A timely warning from PCR and also the Saker. In my experience real combat veterans don’t indulge in what I call the “Rambo Whine”. “Are we allowed to win this time?” This is the talk of jingoists and REMFs (rear echelon motherfxxkers). I’ve met former US marines who fought at Khe Sanh, they never expressed any contempt for the Vietnamese. My father who fought on the Russian front had the greatest respect for the Russians, as did many other Germans, who fought there. Otto Skorzeny (Austrian) and Hans Rudel, a luftwaffe ace, both of whom I had the pleasure of meeting when I was young expressed similar sentiments as my father.
In 1962, if it wasn’t for Vasili Arkhipov a nuclear war could have started. Stanislav Petrov averted a nuclear war in the early 80’s. Operation Abel Archer in the 80’s was a radio exercise being monitored by the Russians and was so realistic the Russians took it seriously and were ready to go. If it wasn’t for Gordievsky, the KGB Station Chief, who was a British agent and who alerted the British to what was afoot, then we could well have had a nuclear war. Apparently Maggie Thatcher nearly had a fit, and after that it was noticable that both Reagan and Thatcher toned down their evil empire rhetoric. We didn’t hear it after 1985, did we? So unless Messrs Obama and Baboons tone down their anti-Russian and anti-Chinese rhetoric they may very well provoke a nuclear exchange.
One factor we should be aware of; since the end of WW2, the US has had 3 Presidents with combat experience, Captain H.S. Truman, WW1, J.F. Kennedy and G.H.W. Bush both in World War 2. Clinton, Bush and Obama are immature schoolboys. Ike never saw combat, MacArthur called him the “best damn clerk I ever had.”
So let’s hope the US doesn’t select Hellary as the next President. Will she be the Whore of Babylon and Mother of all Abominations, mentioned in Chapters 17 and 18 of Revelations? From reading the book about the Secret Service detail at the White House, she comes across as a particularly nasty, vicious and evil harridan. God help America and the world.

    1. It happened to me: I was quite ok with win 7 and specifically requested it on my new laptop on advice of people in business.
And every day i powered it up, i’d get free win 10 upgrade offers that I could not turn down, it would say, “upgrade starting in 2 hours” and stuff like that, where I had to physically kill the offer pop-up.
And one night i left the laptop on and in the morning I was stuck with win 10, no reset option and lots of previously loaded software like Microsoft Office is saying I have to repurchase because my previous license is no good anymore.

and i am sure it’s only the tip of the iceberg, i smeared some grease on the camera above the monitor.

      1. Sunny
Sunny, if you ever get To Thailand, Bangkok abounds with Jolly Roger experts that will uninstall Win 10 and replace it with an unlicensed version of of Win 7, thus immune to terroristic attempts by Bilious Goats to sabotage it. I bought a laptop, which was appropriated by my better half. She took it to an expert who uninstalled the offending software and installed Win 7. I do all my computing on a 10.5 inch Samsung. I use tencent a Chinese cloud which gives me 10TB free storage.

    2. I still use XP, wonderful, runs all my old engineering CAD software no trouble. I bought 2 spare used XP machines for $150.

Regarding the elites, the highest average salaries in the USA are not in NYC or Silicon Valley, where you would expect them to be, but in Washington DC.

That’s why Trump is doing so well.

    3. I’ve already experienced this. I refused to comply and asked them to return my Windows 7….which they did pdq. Tossers !!!

  4. The 1% and the USA political elites actually think they can live in bunkers underground with their whores and servants while the world burns. I personally would rather die aboveground than be in those satanist roach hotels. Can you imagine the horror being trapped in there with those creatures?

    1. Haha, S.W. ! I actually encountered an educated lady who thinks I can build a bunker, high in the hills, to protect (us) from harm. I AGREE WITH YOU! Even though I could, I will NOT. Much better to be above-ground and face the music! The Bible tells us that there will be NO PLACE to hide from the wrath of God. (If and when those horrors happen, it will be by His design.) Read and remember 91 Psalms.

  5. Look mom, it’s a bird … it’s a plane … it’s Enola Gay … it is Memorial Day!
Memorial Day keeps Azheimers away, when Alternet, the son of MSM, circumcised on Day 8, takes a break from Trumpbash to lecture us on the Untold Story of Memorial Day, something about heroic negro slave units liberated jew slaves from Arbeit camps so that they could sue germans for false advertising, because Arbeit does not Macht Frei, only thievery and genocide macht frei as their present circumstances bear out.

wow, i had no idea that there are untold memorial day stories left … let’s see if there may be others hiding under different rocks, might be worth telling.

here is a happy one, i should think: (I would like to enlist help of someone with access to real docs, how about estimable Carlos Porter)
on or about 1987, the happy bombshell was dropped in Auschwitz, freeing 2.5 million Jews from nazi grave, so that from the original 4 million, only 1.5 remain still trapped, awaiting further liberation, which I have no doubt is forthcoming.
If my memorial serves me right, there was a paroxysm of jew celebrations at the happy news, when a typical jew realized that from the original 120 murdered close family members, 45 would be knocking on his door soon, hey Gutle, order another bushel of Hamantaschen and 15 buckets of pickled carp!
Yes, there were fireworks of joy all over the Diaspora Planet, all the MSM outlets blowing shofar horns as the 2.5 million additional plague bearers descended upon the happy serfs and kulaks demanding this and that, whining, lamenting, suing.

Now Carlos, here be my question(s): just who was responsible for this original 4 million count that so embarrassed the clueless Pollacks of Birkenau?
I suspect that it was Nuremberg Military Tribunal, those army dudes are so used to cost overruns that they just built in a safety margin and gave the calculated Auschwitz Jew tonnage an extra 135%, right? very generous of them, I must say.
The same tribunal that hung a bunch of solidly proven lampshade makers and soap makers.
But i always thought that The Tribunal is infallible, that once convicted, once hung, once dead and buried, that’s it, no further revisions possible.

How about suing The Tribunal for failing to deliver the full 4 million as contracted?

Hmm, but a little cloven footed, horned, hook nosed devil on my left shoulder whispers, but nooo, the 2.5 million surplus just flowed smoothly and silently elsewhere, Majdanek, Sobibor, Treblinka, who despite already impossibly overcrowded burial facilities (a wine cellar housing 1.8 million highly compressed jews, miracle of vaunted Kraut engineering) would eagerly welcome more than doubling the load.
And I am sure (right Carlos?) that all of them had their plaques changed to reflect the fact, with accompanying documentation and explanation of how those 2.5 million managed to slip under their ever vigilant radar.
Hmm, another possibility of lawsuit, for 40 years they were hiding the true number, having diminished the Jew suffering, no siree, that won’t wash.

    1. (there are very quiet, discreet whispers that no, it is the fault of those lying Russians, Putin and his forebears, who exaggerated the number … but why so very quiet, discreet, especially when Russia-bashing is an international sport, Putler-Hitler, 24/7? … well, if we went that route, we couldn’t very well claim the messianic kabbalah total of 6 million, the lie upon which yisroel is built, lie upon lie upon lie, can’t have our blood matzo and eat it too, let our learned elders ponder that one)

      1. We should do the math country by country to establish a consolidated number in order to help the last remaining victims as 40% of nazi extermination camps survivors are living below the poverty line in Israel, Shameful Shit.

In France, 70 000 Jews were deported and died, with 5% of French Jews amongst them.
That’s still 3 430 000 missing Jews with the Auschwitz reduction, ask your local Judenrat for accurate numbers, or your local Israeli historians.
But who cares about numbers or methods, the harm is done.

Chutzpah of the year award for my main man Jean-Marc Orlando, his two lawyers and US justice courts.
“Jonathan Sack, said the ruling is precedent-setting because it means “any employee who claims he had to see a swastika at work — even one time — can establish a claim of having to work in a hostile environment.” 🙂

As for the Ruskies, I recommend Joshua Rubinstein book the Last Days of Stalin.
        A little extract.
“Everything was ready, indeed, for deporting in Siberia and Kazakhstan two millions and a half Russian Jews. Camps, situated close to the Arctic Circle, had been built and others expanded. Wardens had been engaged. Trains had been scheduled for convoys of deportees.” It’s serious work, Yale approved.

I smell the possibility of a collective lawsuit against Russia, remember you dumb goyim, it’s the intention that matters.

      2. Here is the ship which brought the Vedic Acharya, Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada to the USA in 1965.

  6. The complete title to PCR’s article appeared on his website as:
“As Our Past Wars Are Glorified This Memorial Day Weekend, Give Some Thought To Our Prospects Against The Russians And Chinese In World War III”

He used Memorial Day to scare the world into increasing debt for military.

PCR and I are of the same generation. He helps both of our retirements by scaring people into increasing investments in all military providers around the world…. where US is the largest military supplier to the world. US and French companies even help build Putin’s weapons.

PCR is the father of…. the inventor of…. “Reaganomics” and the “Trickle Down Economy.” He knows that scaring people into allowing more government spending on military will cause the “Trickle Down” benefits for Wall Street and the Federal Reserve to reach him and me. With a PhD in Economics… he knows the buttons to push. He has done so for decades.

He and I need a few more years of it….. and he is an expert at it.

Thank you PCR. “Gitter dunn..” 🙂

    1. French companies even help build Putin’s weapons.

Like broke Egypt is gonna pay us when they need the Saudis to feed them, taxes will pay for those ships. We are not allowed to trade with Russia.

Yep, i think he was. All those plane accidents.

      1. Thanks, Phil.

As you partly showed, Russia needs help from Europe and US… especially GE.

Here is France and GE helping Russia:

“The development of the SaM146 was spurred by the favorable market outlook for regional jets, the growing role of Russia in global aviation markets, and the shared aim of Snecma and NPO Saturn to extend their scope of expertise.
*CFM56 engines are made by CFM International, the 50-50 joint company of Snecma (Safran) and GE.”

Italy also helps build Russia’s airplanes.

Russia’s UAC has a facility in Italy.

Alenia Aermacchi is joint-venture partnership for Sukhoi Superjet 100 with Russia’s Sukhoi.

“The SSJ100 is a 100 seat regional jet designed, developed and built by Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company (SCAC), in partnership with Finmeccanica-Alenia Aermacchi.”

US and Parker and Honeywell were also helping:
“As a result of bids for the supply of basic systems for the SSJ100 airplane, key component suppliers were determined, including: Thales for avionics, Messier-Bugatti-Dowty (Safran Group) for landing gear, Honeywell for the auxiliary power unit, Liebherr for flight control systems, Intertechnique for fuel systems, Parker for hydraulic systems, B/E Aerospace for interiors, and other companies.”

    2. No WWIII with Russia….. US and Russia are partners. 🙂

Russia uses the US company, B/E Aerospace in Florida for making interiors for jet planes.

The company was founded in 1987 with the acquisition of Bach Engineering (annual revenues of less than $3 million). In 1989, its primary competitor in the avionics business, EECO, Inc., was acquired and the name was changed to B/E Avionics. In April 1990, the company went public on NASDAQ, raising nearly $12 million. In 1992, the asset acquisition of PTC Aerospace, Inc. (seating products) and Aircraft Products Company (galley structures and inserts) transformed B/E Aerospace into a cabin interiors provider, and the company name was changed to B/E Aerospace, Inc.

      2. I agree Pat, that there won’t be a US-Russia war, PER SE, that is.

This whole Cold War freeze is a feint, obscuring plans for a final showdown as the focal point of the Greater Israel plan that’s been lying in the long, tall weeds.

The armor emblazoned with the ancient red shield (Rothschild) was forged 1,000 years ago after the Khazarians were vanquished by the Rus. From that day on there would be no burying of hatchets by an implacable foe for whom the final dagger of revenge has been its whole raison d’etre. For 50 generations every one of their mothers has said, “if my sons want war, there will be war”. And they always do

These cretins DEFINE holding a grudge. It’s a weakness that the master of ALL cretins exploits to the max. It appears not to be a question of if, but WHEN Russia is attacked again

        egregious ones await the call
for ancient plots next shoe to fall
black ace is tucked up lying sleeve
their masters ploy is to deceive
fates word is spoke the die is cast
Is-ra-el straw will be its last

  7. If Darth Vador’s outfit had cost as much as a F35 pilots head gear, the imperial treasury would have gone bankrupt with no funds for the death star.
To try and make sense out of all this listen to the May 29 Dave Hodges broadcast. There is much more to the so-called dustup between the US and Russia/China then meets the eye. No all is at it seems when one digs a little deeper. And even then one must keep digging to get to the truth, where ever it may lead.

  8. A yardstick by which to judge alternative media: if they praise Russia, they’re full of shit.

(Criticism of HRC and the military-industrial complex being justified).

  9. WWIII “prospects” are slim to none. Business too good to stop… for Russia and China.

Honeywell – New Production Facility in China Produces Catalysts for Coal to Plastics Conversion
      May 25, 2016
      Energy Efficiency
      Rebecca Liebert
Honeywell broke ground on a new manufacturing facility in China supporting the production of plastics from coal and natural gas, instead of petroleum. The facility, which will produce state-of-the-art catalysts for Honeywell UOP’s Advanced Methanol-to-Olefins (MTO) process technology, will be built in an existing Honeywell facility in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province.

“Honeywell is committed to sustainable development; using its long history of expertise to bring greater environmental, economic, and social benefits to China,” said Rebecca Liebert, president and CEO of Honeywell UOP. “Just like our customers here, we are committed to China’s sustainable economic growth.”

The new production line, beginning in 2017, will enable Honeywell for the first time to fully manufacture MTO catalysts in China. In addition, the operations will use local raw materials, support economic development in Jiangsu Province and incorporate zero-discharge wastewater treatment.
