Isis leader al-Baghdadi returns from the dead

By Josie Ensor and Luna Safwan, BEIRUT

How can we be sure that the story
of al Baghdadi’s sudden resurrection from the dead is true?

Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is still alive and hiding in Syria, despite Russian reports of his death, Iraqi and Kurdish counter-terrorism officials have said.

“Baghdadi is definitely alive. He is not dead. We have information that he is alive. We believe 99 percent he is alive,” Lahur Talabany, a top Kurdish counter-terrorism official said in an interview on Monday.

Mr Talabany claimed the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Isil) leader was located somewhere south of Raqqa, the capital of the jihadist group’s so-called caliphate.

“Don’t forget his roots go back to al-Qaeda days in Iraq. He has years of experience in hiding and getting away from the security services,” he told Reuters. “He knows what he is doing.”

Russia had claimed it killed the elusive leader, who has not been seen in public since declaring Isil’s so-called caliphate from the Iraqi city of Mosul in July 2014, in an air strike on a meeting of senior Isil commanders near Raqqa on May 28.

The UK-based monitor Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) last week said they had “unconfirmed information” Baghdadi had been killed in Syria.

However, Western and Iraqi officials could not confirm either of the claims.

“Our approach is we assume he’s alive until it’s proven otherwise, and right now I can’t prove it otherwise,” Jim Mattis, US defence Secretary, said last week. “We’ll go after him until he’s gone.”

Abu Ali Basri, the director general of the Iraq’s intelligence and counter-terrorism office in the ministry of interior, agreed Baghdadi was still alive and in Syria.

“We have more of a vested interest than others, than international and Arab intelligence services, to pursue and hunt down, to monitor all the movements of the leader of and his followers,” Mr Basri said, addressing the Russian claims.

“The monitoring cells deny news of his death and other reports regarding his health recently published.”

Baghdadi is not thought to have been in the Syrian city of Raqqa, which has been heavily targeted by the US-led coalition, for some time and is believed to have been moving between Isil territory along the Syria-Iraq border.

The Telegraph was told by a resident of the village of Jdaidet al-Okaibat on the outskirts of the Isil-controlled eastern Syrian city of Deir Ezzor that he appeared on June 24 for Eid al-Fitr prayers, which mark the end of the holy Muslim month of Ramadan.

He claimed a group of around 200 people took part in the prayers, led by Baghdadi, who looked “fit and well”.  Both officials warned that despite Isil’s losses in its major strongholds of Mosul and Raqqa, the threat had not disappeared. “The group has sent sleeper cells from Syria to spread around the world to carry out attacks and spread chaos,” Mr Basri said.

Mr Talabany said Isil was shifting tactics despite low morale and it would take three or four years to eliminate the group.

After defeat, the jihadists would wage an insurgency and resemble al-Qaeda on “steroids”, he said.

  1. Death or life of leaders of so-called “terrorist organizations” depend not on facts but on the political needs of the powers that created these organizations in the first place.

Remember the “killing” of Bin Laden in Pakistan on May 2, 2011 ? That was totally fake. Bin Laden had already died (of kidney failure) in Afghanistan in December 2001. An Obituary Notice to that effect had appeared in the Egyptian paper al-Ward on December 26, 2001. See : Global Research : Osama Bin Laden’s Obituary Notice .

At that time rumors about Obama’s false birth certificate became too dangerous, therefore Obama needed to create some distraction. Hence the “killing” of Bin Laden. The special forces that had executed the fake operation conveniently died in an “accident” in Afghanistan shortly afterwards, so they could never spill the beans.

At present ISIS and its mythical leader are still needed by Israel. Hence Israeli Mossad agent Simon Elliot, alias “al-Baghdadi”, must be alive, whether he is dead or not.

    1. ADMIN: Please correct the typos in your email address.
The first 3 letters are wrong.

“Hence Israeli Mossad agent Simon Elliot, alias “al-Baghdadi”, must be alive, whether he is dead or not.”

      And not forgetting Adam Pearlman aka Adam Gadahn, another ISIS Mossad agent;

    2. Yes Moshe – Genocide of Muslims have always made a hero of Western creeps like you – whether it’s Bush or Hillary Clinton or Ben Obama or Judas’ goat Donald Trump.

Amer Taheri, wrote in the ‘Jew York Times’ Op-Ed (July 11, 2002): “Osama bin Laden is dead. The news first came from sources in Afghanistan and Pakistan almost six months ago: the fugitive died in December and was buried in the mountains of southeast Afghanistan. Pakistan’s president, Pervez Musharraf, echoed the information. The remnants of Osama’s gang, however, have mostly stayed silent, either to keep Osama’s ghost alive or because they have no means of communication”.

Interestingly, even the Israelis who masterminded the 9/11 – believe Osama Bin Laden is dead, as reported by Jane’s on December 27, 2002…..

  2. Much love to you all ! These are terrible actors and the fairy tales that they are pretending to act in are beyond horrible ! The theatre of pain- ful acting , to take freedoms from the public ! Much love

    1. Jew Olde Hippie,
There is no love in you. You are a Zionist. Im more Jew than you. I love people and wish us all well. My ancestry goes back thousands years. .

  3. JEW TERRORISTS aka “Islamic terrorists” usually have nine lives.

Chris Hedges, American columnist, author of 14 books and former correspondent with the Jew York Times, has been banned to speak at the University of Pennsylvania for calling ISIS = New Israel in a column published by the Truthdig news website on December 15, 2014.

Earlier, Cuban leader Fidel Castro, also accused the US and Israel for the funding and training of the ISIS throat-cutters. So did American Jewish writer and columnist Max Blumenthal.

Later, The prize-winning American professor Laura Nader (UC Berkeley since 1960) in a guest editorial at April’s edition of the Royal Anthropological Institute’s (RAI) bimonthly journal, Anthropology Today, has compared British Jew jihadi-volunteers fighting in the Israel Army with British Muslim jihadis joining ISIS/ISIL terrorists in Syria and Iraq. She also accused Israel for using Holocaust to justify Jewish extremism….

  4. Talabany is an idiot..!! Toss it..!!

    From the article:
“Baghdadi is definitely alive. He is not dead. We have information that he is alive. We believe 99 percent he is alive,” Lahur Talabany, a top Kurdish counter-terrorism official said in an interview on Monday.

Talabany walked back HIS OWN claim in just THREE steps – just THREE sentences:

    1- “definitely alive…”
    2- “is alive…”
    3- “believe 99 percent he is alive…”

And…. “We believe” is a guess..!!

No wonder there so much lawlessness over there..!! The countries are running on fumes….
    …. with everyone guessing.. 🙂

    1. Mattis is an idiot for believing – guessing – the idiot Talabany is correctly guessing. Flip a coin.

“However, Western and Iraqi officials could not confirm either of the claims.”

      Gangster Mattis:
“Our approach is we assume he’s alive until it’s proven otherwise, and right now I can’t prove it otherwise,” Jim Mattis, US defence Secretary, said last week.
“We’ll go after him until he’s gone.”

      Chasing ghosts..!!

      HA-HA-HA..!! More $$$DEBT….!!! 🙂

  5. Uncle :

Are you going to feature my post about “it doesn’t matter if the JEW al-Baghdadi is dead or not ZOG has another JEW to take the place of the JEW al-Baghdadi if the JEW al-Baghdadi is dead” or did I say something “wrong” , did I say something that may contradict THE LIE you and Pat tell about me being a “joo” ? You can’t reconcile what I said with THE LIE you and Pat tell about me “being a joo” so you’re going to CENSOR my ON-TOPIC AND ON-TARGET post? Am I right or what. No question mark, it’s rhetorical. Of course I’m right and you KNOW IT.

    1. Give it a rest, Joe. I haven’t even had time to read your “censored” post yet. You belong to a small group of wacky fanatics — yes, we get them on this site from time to time! — who honestly believe their comments are of far greater importance than the articles we publish.

We have no wish to “censor” anyone who has a valid point to make.

      1. ADMIN: Here is the Real Original Joe’s so-called “censored” comment:

It really doesn’t matter if al-Baghdadi is dead or not. If he’s dead ZOG has plenty of other JEWS pretending to be “Muslims” to fill the role the JEW al-Baghadi played. Yes, al-Baghdadi is a JEW or was a JEW if he’s dead, but it really doesn’t matter if he’s dead or not. ISIS and all the other “Muslim” Jihadist groups are owned-and-controlled by ZOG and there’s sh*tloads of JEWS in each and every Islamic Jihadist group, JEWS pretending to be “Muslims” and waging JEW WAR for the benefit of Israel under the guise of being “Muslims”. And we have “august” Senators in Washington who actually are gung-ho to see JEWS pretend to be “Muslims” and wage JEW WAR for the benefit of Israel under the guise of being “Muslims”. If JEW al-Baghdadi is dead I’m sure ZOG found some other JEW to take his place.

    2. TROJ,
Just labels. It doesnt matter if you re a Jew or not. My grandfather was a flaming Jew and I hated him. That makes me 1/4 reptile and 3/4 human and I definitely prefer being human. As for Bagdadi, he was, or is, a peón with no relevance at all.

  6. Baghdadi is in fact a MOSSAD agent whose name is Elliot Shimon and of course Al CIADA and ISIS are a creation of the CIA and the MOSSAD and MI 6 to destroy the Mideast for Zionist Israel and the neocons in control of America.

    1. That’s right Patriot. As right as Pat will allow. One wonders if during the past 2-3 years of incognito Mr. Elliot al-Baghdadi Shimon, aka Simon Elliot, was taking some needed R&R and instruction at an Israeli resort or at a CIA get-a-way Island, like the one run by Jeffery Epstein, to get his batteries recharged to jump “right” back in to save ISIS/Al Ciada and the goals for “Greater Israel”. His parents must be proud. At least we know that his great grandparents weren’t holocaust victims.

  7. Both Luna Safwan and “Josie Ensor are Israeli Gatekeepers”. They report for UK’s Jew-owned Telegraph newspaper. Both are projected as the “Middle East experts” and “Watchdogs” on Lebanese Hizbullah. Luna Safwan is an Arab Jew who speaks fluent Arabic. You can watch her on U-Tube.

I remember their whining over Lebanon’s shrinking Jewish community and the destruction of Beirut’s only synagogue. In fact, the synagogue in Beirut was damaged by Israeli bombing in 2006 Israel-Lebanon war. It has long been restored with donations from Beirut’s Muslim residents.

Now, the Zionist pigs are slamming Lebanese government over banning of Jewish propaganda movie, Wonder Woman”. Both Israel and Lebanon are at war since the 1980s.

  8. Weasel explained it a long time ago: Some Jews are alive that are in fact dead (al-Baghdadi) and some are dead that never existed (6 million).

Oceans don’t have enough salt that I could take anything Jews say seriously, apart from involuntary reactions of hate, uncontrolled and thus authentic.

  9. I’m surprised that no one has mentioned it yet. But it seems very possible that the USA & Israel claim Baghdadi is alive because they don’t want to give the Russians any credit for killing him.

    1. killing the 2nd fly with the same swat: Trump received confidential information about al-baghdadi’s planned whereabouts from israelis and spilled the beans to russians who took him out along with a bunch of ISIS commanders shortly thereafter.

jew bitches bitterly about betrayal but cannot acknowledge it publicly, it would indicate a very serious rift, spook mass exodus from squatland, sink Netanyahu and damage trump back home.

      1. Lobro –

        You wrote:
“Trump received confidential information about al-baghdadi’s planned whereabouts from israelis..”

Was it Trump or Israelis who looped you into the message..?? 🙂

      2. Lobro –

It is good to know you relied on Daily Mail’s article By Nikki Schwab, U.S. Political Reporter For

        A Schwab..????

        “NIKKI KNOWZ..” 🙂

  10. I think Franklin Ryckaert is essentially right. (See Comment #1). The US is doing exactly the same with al-Baghdadi as they did with Osama bin Laden. Osama died in 2001 of kidney failure , yet the US pretended he was still alive by bringing out a series of fake videos with bin Laden lookalikes over the next few years.

The Russians probably killed al-Baghdadi but the US has decided to invent a replacement , partly to snub Russia (as Follyofwar has suggested above) and partly so as to keep a good hoax going.

We have no proof whatsoever that the new Baghdadi is the same as the old one.

Maybe Russia needs to give foolproof DNA evidence that they killed the right guy. That would help to settle the matter once and for all.

  11. Maybe he will be found locked in a Gym bag in Pimlico, London. Then my best guess would be the Russians didn’t do it. For now, the Russians have the credibility – they did it, but in Syria. When is Mr. Trump and Mrs. May going to weed out all these turkeys infesting the intelligence services?

As you say…”it seems very possible that the USA & Israel claim Baghdadi is alive because they don’t want to give the Russians any credit..”
Good point. Anything to dis the Russians.
I do tend to believe the Russians. We in the ‘west’, what’s left of it anyway, can’t believe a word ‘our’ governments or ‘our’ media tell us.
If the Russians happen to be wrong, well, better luck next time!
It can’t be easy to tell if a soul-dead person is alive or not.

    1. Many Americans have now come to realize that Donald Trump works for Israel.

On April 27, 2017, Chicago-born writer, author, and blogger Christopher Jon Bjerknes, who claims his Jewish family roots, posted an article, entitled, The Many Faces of the Putin Snake, in which he claims that Putin’s support for Syrian president Bashar al-Assad, Iran and Taliban is a smokescreen to cover his love for the Zionist entity. In order to prove his point, Bjerknes claims that Putin helped an anti-Muslim Donald Trump to occupy the White House.

“While positioning himself as the guardian of Muslim nations Syria and Iran, he put rabid Zionist and Muslim basher, Syria and Iran enemy Donald Trump in power in the USA and is worked to elect none other than Muslim-hater Marine Le Pen in France. While hosting parades in Russia to celebrate the bolshevik defeat of “fascism”, he sponsors neo-fascism in Europe and America and is seen as their hero, by design,” he said.

      1. Rehmat –

Many of us are also realizing that this last G20 Summit meeting was orchestrated to lift ‘Put-On’ to new heights as performed by his good buddy Trump. Everyone wins… even Israel.

They don’t need no stinking interpreter when they both speak fluent English… as seen below.

–Trump had undisclosed SURPRISE hour-long meeting with ‘Put-On’ at G20 Summit without his interpreter – at the banquet–

President Donald Trump speaks during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir ‘Put-On’ at the G20 Summit at the G20 Summit, Friday, July 7, 2017, in Hamburg:

  13. So let me see if I have the story straight – Mr. Talabany is saying Baghdadi is back from the dead, he wasn’t in a gym bag in Pimlico, and we don’t need ‘no stinking proof’. Normally, I would question the assumption… but they would probably say that… that is crasy.

Of course, if I had antagonized Syria, Turkey, and Iraq I’d probably say he’s not only back from the dead, but that he can levitate as well… but I still think in this case at least, “the Russians did it”…

  14. Oh, boy. If this is a beginning of another Bin Laden senario, that means we can look forward to Al Baghdadi being killed another 5 times or so.

Besides Russian having credibility, the other indicator that Bagddadi was killed is reports of infighting between ISIS, etc. factions that have been occurring in the leadership vacuum. I forget where I was reading this, but I think it was a Syrian source.

    1. Hi Ungenius- your source sounds good to me, as well as the Russians. If it turns out the Bagdadi-Elliot guy who was killed in Syria was a look-a-like, all those ‘counter-terrorism experts’ need to do is float the story that the ‘real’ Bagdadi-Elliot, hiding in Iraq, is thinking of testifying against the Clintons. That would save everyone a lot of time and expense.

  15. Franklin Ryckaert comment #1 is very well said
I think the Russians whacked the Israeli operative masquerading as a Muslim .
I read somewhere that he is an Arab Jew.
Speaking of Arab Jews ,let me explain this point to you my friends at this blog
there are many Arab Jews in the Arab world,in each and every country and beyond.
I’m not pulling your legs ,or trying to miss lead. Half my Arabian tribe ,are Jews and many are Christians.and some others pretend to be spirituals ,but we know they belong to the dark side
I believe the Russians 100% and some. but When it comes to Putin ,it’s another story
The Kurd decided to be allied with the Zionists .
never trust or believe a word these Kurd hyenas say.
I hope Mr.Recep Tayyip Erdoğan destroy these Kurdish traitors once and for all.
the Kurdish faction have been a destabilizing factor in the whole middle east since God knows when.

  16. @Rehmat
    off topic…….
I’m not trying to judge you ,you are free to your own opinions and point of views.some of which make sense ,some seems strange to me.
any way ,are you a Bengali Woman?
