  1. Sheikh Imran Hosein is a sympathetic man who bases his ideas on historical knowledge, insight is contemporary politics and Islamic eschatology. To take his predictions seriously one has to take Islamic eschatology seriously. For an impression of the latter, see :

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islamic_eschatology

For me, eschatologies of all religions, whether Zoroastrianism, Judaism, Christianity or Islam, are fantasies, projections of fear and hope, that may be interesting from a religious-historical perspective, but not to be taken seriously as predictions. Notice for example that one of the major signs of the end time in Islamic eschatology is that the sun will rise in the west …*)

    ___________
*) Perhaps this is but mild compared to the prediction in the Christian Book of Revelation that “the stars of heaven will fall unto the earth” (Rev. 6:13).

    1. Observing that technology advances and evil rises to the top, a knowledgeable, intelligent person can make a reasonable but very general prediction that humanity will at some point in the future destroy itself by some means.

One reason I became interested in Christian eschatology was because I wanted to see if there were any detailed Biblical predictions that could not be made on the basis of general empirically-derived principles.

And I think I’ve found such predictions. For example, John of Patmos is believed to have written the book of Revelation somewhere around the year 95 AD. This was 25 years after the destruction of the second temple, and the Pharisees were by then defunct. Yet somehow he predicts the rise of an evil Jewish world empire, almost 2000 years later, based on mass deception and corruption, which is imbued with the Satanic spirit of the Pharisees? (Rev 17:8).

And he gives unique descriptive features, e.g., “mouth, as the mouth of a lion” (control of mass media); “feet…as the feet of a bear” (Judeo-communist “revolution” in Russia); and a “deadly [head] wound [that] was healed” (Germany’s WW2 fight with the beast); etc.

Any one or two things would be a remarkable coincidence, but the real problem (for those who refuse to see it) happens when you start stringing it all together, IMO.

The only explanation I can see for these uncanny predictions is divine inspiration.

      1. I tend to think of it as Divine “perception”, Harold. Consider verses like Mark 13:14. Relative to today’s trends, for instance, which point to accepting sodomites in the pulpits – toleration of “abomination….standing where it ought not”. There are many other passages relative to contemporary circumstances, like you point out. I believe you are quite correct.

      2. All the “fulfilled predictions” you fancy to discern in the symbolic images of the Book of Revelation are projections of contemporary developments to the time of the writer of that book. In reality the Book of Revelation is the revenge fantasy of a Christian Jew of the first century A.D., who was troubled by the persecution of Christians by the Roman Empire. Because it was dangerous to mention the Roman Empire directly, he used the code name “Babylon” for it. Following passage is what it is all about :

“… And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held…” :

“…And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth..?”

        Rev. 6: 9-10

Revenge for the blood of slain martyrs, that’s what this whole book is about. Because the author was very much troubled by the persecution by Rome of Christians and still angry at the destruction of Jerusalem some two decades before, he hoped for a speedy fall of the Roman Empire (“Babylon the great is fallen”), the revenge for the “blood of the martyrs” and the establishment of an eternal Jewish kingdom in Jerusalem. As a typical Jew, he also hopes that in the end all the wealth of the world will be brought to Jerusalem :

“… And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it…”

        Rev. 21:24-26

Do not think that with “glory and honour” something “spiritual” is meant. It simply means “wealth”. Isaiah, who had a similar fantasy, says it more openly in 60:11.

That is the whole “mystery” of this book : a Christian-Jewish revenge fantasy. Nothing spiritual at all.

      3. @Gilbert Huntly

        Mark 13:14 :

“…But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains…”

The phrase “let him that readeth understand” is a solid proof that Jesus never has spoken these words. If he spoke to a crowd he would never refer to readers of a text, but the writer of the text would. Hence it is made up by the author of this text.

      4. “All the ‘fulfilled predictions’ you fancy to discern in the symbolic images of the Book of Revelation are projections of contemporary developments to the time of the writer of that book.”

EXACTLY! What else did you expect? It was written in such a way that only someone living in the later part of the 20th century would be able to understand it.

“In reality the Book of Revelation is the revenge fantasy of a Christian Jew of the first century A.D., who was troubled by the persecution of Christians by the Roman Empire. Because it was dangerous to mention the Roman Empire directly, he used the code name “Babylon” for it. Following passage is what it is all about”

Babylon was not a reference to the Roman empire. You know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about that which you speak.

      5. @ Harold Smith

The only explanation I can see for these uncanny predictions is divine inspiration.

Of course. And what you say certainly resonates with me. But it will be lost on all the Christ haters and God scoffers on this site. In order to believe in divine inspiration one first needs to be believe in the divine. And this they cannot do.

    2. “Notice for example that one of the major signs of the end time in Islamic eschatology is that the sun will rise in the west …*)”

I don’t know much about Islamic eschatology, but I’ll take a guess at it: This may be a way of saying that the kingdom/empire of “Lucifer” will arise in the Western world. Lucifer (Satan) is associated with the “morning” (Isaiah 14:12); “shining one”; “morning star”; https://www.blueletterbible.org/lang/lexicon/lexicon.cfm?Strongs=H1966&t=KJV

“Perhaps this is but mild compared to the prediction in the Christian Book of Revelation that “the stars of heaven will fall unto the earth.”

How would a person living in 95 AD describe a nuclear war? He probably wouldn’t know to say, “and the hypersonic, multiple-independently-targeted-re-entry-vehicles, rained hydrogen bomb warheads down on them, etc.”, right?

BTW, speaking of hydrogen bombs, what are they exactly (from a physics perspective)? In a sense they’re miniature stars, right?

      1. A person living in 95 AD would believe the world to consist of a flat disc, covered by the dome of heaven to which the stars as little lights are attached. Such little lights could easily fall on the flat earth. Hence the prediction.

      2. Geologists were looking at layers of lava deposits in Hawaii and noticed the iron molecules were all facing magnetic north, in one layer, as would be expected. But the lava deposits for 10,000 years earlier in the next layer, have the iron molecules all facing south. And the layer after that, 10,000 years earlier, they are facing north again. And then, south again. North, south, north, south …

It is now understood the poles change magnetic polarity about every 10,000 years. That very process of switching polarity at the poles started a few years ago and is well under way. Currently, there is a single magnetic north pole, but now there are two magnetic southern poles, one major and one minor south pole. No one knows when the pole switch will complete. When it is done, magnetic north with actually be the south pole.

When facing the magnetic north pole, the sun rises in the East and sets in the West. After the poles switch polarity, facing the magnet north will actually be the south pole, and the sun will then rise in the West and set in the East.

      3. Nostradamus predicted the advent of nuclear submarines stating that ships would sail under the sea with the sun shining in a box. If I lived in Nostradamus’s day it would be virtually impossible to imagine what in the world he was talking about.

The information contained in the Book of Revelations is in symbolic format. Only in a modern era would we be able to understand what the writer was talking about. I doubt that even John on the Isle of Patmos could have imagined what he saw as Jesus provide him with a vision of our future.

      4. @ Sardonicus

“In order to believe in divine inspiration one first needs to be believe in the divine. And this they cannot do.”

Yep. They instead have to believe in a series of fantastic coincidences, where the scenario described by the prophet just happens to fit certain 20th century events like a glove, but doesn’t really mean anything (except that anyone pointing it out is crazy).

        The angel said to John:

“The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.”

This had me stymied for a while. What kind of “beast” is it that “existed” (presumably before 95 AD), but no longer exists, and yet “is”? I was pretty sure of the identity of the beast by this point, but I couldn’t explain this verse, because I didn’t understand it.

But then along came Rabbi Louis Finklestein who gave me the clue I needed. (I happened to stumble across a reference to a publication by the Rabbi in a letter written by Benjamin Freedman, and so I looked it up):

“Judaism. Pharisaism became Talmudism, Talmudism became Medieval Rabbinism, and Medieval Rabbinism became Modern Rabbinism. But throughout these changes of name, inevitable adaptation of custom, and adjustment of Law, the SPIRIT of the ancient Pharisee survives unaltered”
(Rabbi Louis Finkelstein, “The Pharisees, The Sociological Background of Their Faith”; Forward to the First Edition, p.XXi, The Jewish Publication Society of America, 1938).

And what was the “spirit” of the ancient Pharisees? Jesus tells us:

“Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it” (John 8:44).

That’s it! I think I understand what the angel told John! Or is it just another “coincidence”?

And what about the “feet…as the feet of a bear” thing? Well everyone knows that the bloody Bolshevik “revolution” in Russia (the “bear”) in 1917 was a Jewish affair. But it’s nice to get solid confirmation from the perpetrators. Rabbi Harry Waton makes it perfectly clear:

“The triumph of fascism will be the triumph of the communist soul. But the communist
soul is the soul of Judaism. Hence it follows that, just as in the Russian revolution the triumph of
communism was the triumph of Judaism, so also in the triumph of fascism will triumph Judaism”
(A Program For Jews And Humanity, p143, Astoria Press, 1939).

        Another coincidence?

And what about the “mouth, as the mouth of a lion”? Is it a reference to the beast’s monopolistic control of mass media? Again, the beast’s spokesmen confirm it:

        http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article31835.htm

        Another coincidence?

And what about the beast’s “deadly” head wound that “healed”? The wording is interesting:

“And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast” (Rev 13:3).

We’re further told that the beast’s head wound was made with a “sword” (Rev 13:14).

This had me confused for a while because if a wound is “deadly”, ipso facto it’s not generally something that can be “healed”.

The “sword” qualifier tells me that the wound was the result of conflict, perhaps military conflict, and if the “heads” of the beast represent the seven continents of the Earth, then we’re apparently talking about a conflict on one of the continents, between the beast and “somebody”, and the beast was wounded but “did live” (Rev 13:14).

And once again the beast itself seems to give us the answer:

“For months now the struggle against Germany is waged by each Jewish community, at each conference, in all our syndicates, and by each Jew all over the world. There is reason to believe that our part in this struggle has general value. We will trigger a SPIRITUAL and material war of all the world against Germany’s ambitions to become once again a great nation, to recover lost territories and colonies. But our Jewish interests demand the complete destruction of Germany. Collectively and individually, the German nation is a threat to us Jews.” — Vladimir Jabotinsky (founder of the Jewish terrorist group, Irgun Zvai Leumi) in Mascha Rjetsch, January, 1934 (also quoted in “Histoire de l’Arme’e Allemande” by Jacques Benoist–Mechin, Vol. IV, p. 303).

(Note from the text of the statement that Jews apparently saw the conflict with Germany as having a “spiritual” component).

If Germany had won the war, Jewish influence in Europe would’ve been smashed (as Hitler predicted in a speech to the Reichstag on Jan 30, 1939), and it’s reasonable to further predict that there would’ve been no NATO, no Jewish communism, probably no Israel (as we know it today at least) and the Jew-controlled U.S. would’ve been isolated. IOW if Germany had won the war, the beast would’ve been dead.

So the war started, Germany had early military successes, and Jewish power and influence in areas controlled by Germany was smashed, but then the tide turned and Germany was defeated. Germany was thus conquered and absorbed into the beast’s empire, and the “deadly” wound was “healed”.

It makes sense. Is this yet another coincidence? How many coincidences can you string together and still call the whole thing a “coincidence”?

      5. @ Harold Smith

For my part, I don’t pretend to understand the Book of Revelation any more than I understand Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony. Both move me in the same way, aesthetically. One is either moved or one is not. The Book of Revelation certainly contains some of the finest prose in the English language, Those who dismiss it airily as not worth bothering about are much to be pitied. Dry as dust intellectuals or spiritually dead, for which no amount of IQ can compensate. Heed them not, Harold!

Anyone who can read read the passage below and not be stirred to the depths is a soulless husk:

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new.

And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end.

I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

Anyone who scoffs at that or takes a superior attitude to it is already dead. He does not need to wait for death. He is dead already.

The scoffers are always with us, doing their best to undermine beauty in the guise of searching for truth.

    3. FR

I wouldn’t be so dismissive of what the true meaning of “end times” may be. You are someone who understands tenets of Eastern thought which includes an accounting of the yugic cycles of time, and as such would consider how they may tie in with eschatological thought in general

Who can say with certainty that an entire cosmological realignment of the solar system won’t occur that would feature the sun rising in the west, or whatever may constitute “the stars of heaven falling unto the earth” ?

Like they say, “there is more under heaven and earth…”

      N’est-ce pas?

    4. But what about “self-fulfilling prophecy”? In that context, when one makes a decision for a future time (prophisizes) involving others, and there is agreement from them, conscious and otherwise, there is a manifestation of the prophecy (or a failed postulate if intention and actions aligning with the prophecy don’t persist). A case can be made for “this is how the world is made”. Some decisions project far into the future, some are very short term. On a mundane level, for example, a person may decide (or prophecy) he will be on vacation in a particular place in a week and it happens.

    5. *) Perhaps this is but mild compared to the prediction in the Christian Book of Revelation that “the stars of heaven will fall unto the earth” (Rev. 6:13)

never heard of Chicxulub … and had the impact occurred in deeper waters, the wave heights would have been over 1,000 feet.

      1. Irrelevant. That was an asteroid of 10 km in diameter, 65 million years ago.
We are talking here about a fantasy about stars falling from the sky on the earth. Stars of course are hugely bigger than the earth, but John of Patmos didn’t know that when he wrote his bizarre revenge fantasy known as “the Book of Revelation”.

      2. you just made your post auto-irrelevant by acknowledging that john of Patmos didn’t differentiate between stars and asteroids (“staroids”).
The distinction was not known until Tycho Brache, 1,700 years later.
Cosmic debris hurts, i don’t need a personal experience to tell me that, what does it matter (to me) whether it is a city block sized meteror or a flower pot from the 5th storey landing on my head – i’ll be seeing lots of stars either way.
Either way, i won’t ask for another shot.

The whole issue of stating that the “end times” narratives are bullshit is bullshit, like a smoker claiming he won’t die of lung cancer because based on previous experience he never died of lung cancer.

The fact is that Jesus came to do battle with Satan and his brood, not postulate cosmological theories and all of the related commentary by his contemporaries must be centered on that issue, including the revelations.
We here are enormously preoccupied with this as well, as were various leaders of resistance of the past 100-200 years.

and what … jew’s own prophecy is within inches of his final grasp, don’t we all acknowledge this?
Pat most of all, because he asserts that both Putin and Trump are simple servants of Jew, nothing else, in other words, the End Times already happened without the divine redemption.
In fact, we are are at odds because Pat is in effect stating that the ET’s are here and i am arguing that it hasn’t happend yet – not quite, i am hard of hearing or/and the fat lady hasn’t sung yet.

So, for him and for you, the object of debate is whether the fact that the Redemption did not happen is definitive proof that redemption will not happen, which is a clear logical fallacy – of course it doesn’t mean that because it did not happen, it will happen either, simply that We. Do. Not. Know.

Just like that lung cancer that i referred to earlier, as far as we are concerned, not knowing all the facts nor having the means of granular calculation, the dynamics of protein twisting and so forth, we cannot know, only surmise.

I personally think that the odds are on the positive (yes, it happens) side but now we go off-topic and it is only available to paying subscribers 😉

      3. @Lobro

“…the object of debate is whether the fact that the Redemption did not happen is definitive proof that redemption will not happen, which is a clear logical fallacy…”

Well, you might say so. But perhaps if an expectation never fulfills, you might consider the possibility that the expectation itself is an illusion.

Anyway, all expectations of the Redemption in the past 2000 years proved to be illusions. What is more, Jesus himself believed in the Redemption in his lifetime. After his death his disciples believed in his return during their lifetime. All illusions. Still logically that doesn’t prove it will not happen, but…

  2. Russia is the protector of Christians and the hope of the world whereas the U.S. is controlled by ZIONISTS ie SATANISTS.

  3. I wish I was more familiar with the Quran, especially concerning Islamic eschatology. One thing is sure however: Sheikh Hosein has a solid grasp of the beast’s Satanic evil and lust for death and destruction.

I wonder: Do the Russians have any idea of the true nature of the situation they’re in? Sometimes when I listen to the very polite Russian spokespersons, I get the idea that they feel they are dealing with Western rulers who are generally well-meaning but merely “misguided” and/or childishly naive; rather than the inhuman monsters that they are.

OTOH, the fact that Russia is apparently soon to deploy the “game changing” S-500 missile defense system, the RS-28 “Sarmat” ICBM, and the “Zircon” hypersonic cruise missile, suggests that maybe they do understand what’s going on. Or is this just an automatic response to what the U.S. is doing? I don’t know.

  4. “The Last Days ARE… coming.”

Imran cannot be wrong about his “Last Days” claims.

We – ALL – are living in OUR “Last Days” worldwide.

Everyone who was ever alive and died … lived in their “Last Days.”

That is the easiest correct prediction in history. 🙂

    1. Yup. We all go to our deathbeds still wondering when the imminent will occur. It will alright. It’ll be our own personal last day. The end. Draw the curtains.

Youthful ignorance always thinks it is imminent. I can’t tell you how many people were convinced that nuclear war was going to happen in the early ’80s. Think it had a lot to do with the anti-nuke movement. First in Europe followed by U.S.

      1. Every generation fancies itself to be in “the last days”, especially because “never were the times as bad as now”. It is a recurrent illusion. Jesus himself suffered from this illusion. The whole Christian religion is based on this illusion.

      2. Rich –

“I can’t tell you how many people were convinced that nuclear war was going to happen in the early ’80s.”

        Comical.. 🙂

We held drills to hide under desks and in coat-rooms in school in the 50s.

DOD said, “More $$$$$ for military needed… to keep you safe..!!”

        “OK..OK.. We’ll pay. Please save us..!!” 🙂

      3. Every generation fancies itself to be in “the last days”, especially because “never were the times as bad as now”. It is a recurrent illusion.

Every soldier in combat fancies himself to be in “the last days”, especially because “never were the times as bad as now”. It is a recurrent illusion
I am sure this is how the fat cat generals sitting on dead asses in plush offices far from the front cheer up the fighting grunts – don’t worry, be happy, Jew never killed anybody, just an antisemitic illusion, we live in the best of times, the Jewish Century, PNAC just for you.

Tell it to hundreds of millions dead in the 20th century.
If it doesn’t happen, it is ONLY because of men like Putin who already surely saved over a million lives in Syria alone, not to mention Iran and maybe even NKorea.

Spin the drum on that revolver, pull the trigger, click, nothing happens, tell everyone it’s a safe game to play.

ignoring the problems is the quickest solution, “there are no migrant rapists in Holland, no siree, life has never been better”, right?
Hope the sand is to your taste.

      4. “Every generation fancies itself to be in ‘the last days’, especially because ‘never were the times as bad as now’. It is a recurrent illusion. Jesus himself suffered from this illusion. The whole Christian religion is based on this illusion.”

There’s nothing illusory about the rise of Satanic Jewish world power and what it’s leading to, is there?

Anyway, it’s clear that the “end times” had to wait for technology: the technology of modern mass communications, and the technology of modern weapons of mass destruction. Any generation living prior to the invention and proliferation of nuclear weapons (and the means to efficiently deliver them), for example, wouldn’t have had much of an argument.

      5. Jesus suffered no illusion about the “end times” as he was speaking of the end times for the corrupt Temple, an “end time” which he gave up his life to achieve.

As for Pharisees, once again we find Jews altering significant historical facts. The Pharisees held no control over Jewish religious custom and law, save the tenuous authority to address people in local synagogues over religious matters. While there is no modern, direct correlation to the second temple structure, the ancient class of Jews, known as “Pharisees” are probably best defined by the present concept of lawyers. While lawyers can argue the law and represent people in legal matters, they have no power over the law.

Present day courts, with their supreme justices, are analogous to the Sanhedrin and its religious high priests. These are/were the real powers with authority to create and rescind laws. While the Pharisees might have hashed over minute points of “god’s law” only the Sadducee had the power to receive, interpret and define the legal meaning of “god’s” words. Yet the real power of the Temple lay in its treasury. Power over the Temple treasury was held exclusively by the Sadducee who controlled the physical Temple structure.

I surmise the reason for the gospel authors aversion to directly identifying the Temple’s priesthood was due to the fear these power-mad, murderous psychopaths had instilled in Jews over the centuries, after all, look what they did to Jesus. In fact the only reason the gospel’s authors refer to the priest’s Sanhedrin is because the story could not work otherwise. There is no other power that could be held responsible for having Jesus convicted because there was only one legal system and that was Temple law administered by the Sadducee and their Sanhedrin. Outside of that single reference, it is the far lower level quasi-administrators, the Scribes and Pharisees, traditionally blamed for the religious “evils” levied against Jesus.

Matthew 23 describes scribes and Pharisees sitting in Moses’ seat. Moses was the originator and keeper of the law. The Jew’s religious law was ostensibly given by god to his first intercessor Moshe to give to man. For the reason noted above this, would be the description of the Temple kohanim (priests), not the scribes or Pharisees. While Jesus argued with the scribes and pharisees, he physically attacked the Temple governed solely by priests. This type of redaction creates questionable accounts in the gospels. However, when one closely examines the rotten weave of canvas upon which Jews painted their hated enemy Germany and its national socialist, It’s easy to call into question everything Jews have ever written.

Perhaps the most successful religious ruse ever pulled off by the Temple priests was to convince man that “God” and “Satan” were anthropomorphized entities separate from man. Thus, “god” and de “debil” could be blamed for actions committed by man and then forgiven by man in the name of god. Pretty tricky, those Jews.

“God and Satan” are one. As the Muslims accurately maintain, “Allah,” “God,” is all; there is nothing outside of God. Man is simply a reflection of the two religious concepts in human form. The “God” part of man is that part of the universal intellect continually striving to spiritually transcend the material world. “Satan” is merely the base natures of man that naturally fight this process, pulling man downward into the inexorable spiral known as the “wheel of life,” so he might gain temporary control and possession of the material world.

This is why the two elements are in opposition and why Jews are considered “Satanic.” While rejecting any spiritual nature, Jews have chained themselves to this material realm by their lust for ephemeral pleasures and junk that rusts and molds. It boils down to this: When one has God, there is no need for anything in the material world. Throughout human history, great mystics and teachers have provided living examples of this process in action.

On the other, “Satanic,” hand, those who have gained material wealth (believe they) have no need for God. Throughout their history, Jews have provided an entire race exhibiting this “Satanic” nature. Jesus demonstrates the irreconcilability of these two natures when he addressee a rich man, to wit:

And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God. Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother. And he said, All these have I kept from my youth up. Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me. And when he heard this, he was very sorrowful: for he was very rich. And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, he said, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God! For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle’s eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.”

In this story Jesus was addressing the man in front of the fishermen that comprised most of his discipleship. The most likely translation of the “camel” metaphor is that it is easier for a hawser (thick rope used to secure a ship or boat to a dock) to pass through the eye of a needle, etc. While camels were relatively rare and obscure animals in first century Judea, the needle was a device commonly used by fishermen maintaining their vessel etc. (I still have my own set of needles and “sailor’s palm” used for mending sails.)

Traditional modern translations would have no doubt left Jesus’ disciples scratching their heads in the same manner modern readers scratch their heads when reading this absurd translation. Again one finds ample reason to doubt the veracity of gospel details. The only actual reference to camels in the gospels is when a scribe hits Jesus up for a smoke and offering the scribe his pack, Jesus says, “Verily, try one of my camels. I say unto you, these smokes are so fat, surely they will not pass through the eye of a needle!”

When facing the magnetic north pole, the sun rises in the East and sets in the West. After the poles switch polarity, facing the magnet north will actually be the south pole, and the sun will then rise in the West and set in the East.

This would, only be true for someone looking at a compass. Those living in a primitive state without such technology would still see the sun rising in the same relative position. The Quranic prophecy may however allude to man’s perceptions of North and South. It would be interesting to see North and South reversed. Imagine Atlanta and Jew York reversed. Would one find Jews eating hawg jowels and chitterlings while Negros dine on bagels and lox? Would statues of Robert E. Lee be rescued from the scrapyards while monuments like the Lincoln memorial take their place? Perhaps we might even find Negros overseeing plantation “Jiggers.”

Who can say with certainty that an entire cosmological realignment of the solar system won’t occur that would feature the sun rising in the west, or whatever may constitute “the stars of heaven falling unto the earth”?

And who is to say that those claiming such things have any real insight into the matter? Which is more likely?

What is the likelihood a planet would survive such a wrenching cosmological change such as a physical inversion of its position in space? Present scientific evidence maintains earth has a molten liquid core. Consider the gyroscopic effect of that liquid core on the surface layers of the planet were such an event to occur. However, before doing so, examine the present seismic activity in what is considered a relatively stable, planetary environment. Undoubtedly were such an event to occur, earth would wind up as an asteroid belt circling the moon with Jews cornering the oxygen market.

The sun rising in the west? Jesus returning to take his followers to heaven? Stars falling to earth? Considering the mass of even a small star like our sun, it would could only be accurate to say earth will fall into the stars. In any event, I’m a waitin’, but its more likely for a camel to be placed upon an electron microscope’s stage than it is for these things to come to pass.

      6. @Lobro

Whether we live in the “worst time ever” can only be judged afterwards, fact is that from the beginning of Christianity up until now there have been numerous Christian movements who believed they lived in “the last days”. The same thing happened within Judaism, with its many “false Messiahs”, the most famous of whom was Shabtai Tzvi. At least we can say they were all illusions, and if we are courageous enough to extrapolate (and in the process see our own relative insignificance) we might perhaps accept that we too live in that same illusion.

      7. @Arch Stanton

The origin of the idea of “a camel through the eye of a needle” lies in a scriptual misunderstanding, already understood by Cyril of Alexandria (c.376-444) :

“…Cyril of Alexandria claimed that “camel” is a Greek misspelling; that kamêlos (camel) was a written in place of kamilos, meaning “rope” or “cable”…”

        Wikipedia, eye of a needle.

That makes sense. Trying to push a rope instead of a thread through the eye of a needle makes more sense than trying to push a camel through it. Keep in mind that at that time the Greek letter èta was already pronounced as “i”*). Thus kamèlos sounded the same as kamilos. Books at that time were multiplied by dictation to scribes. The misunderstanding is understandable.

*) This is called Iotacism (Greek: ἰωτακισμός, iotakismos), the process by which the vowels i and è and the diphthongs ei and oi of Ancient Greek converged in pronunciation so they all now sound like iota ([i]) in Modern Greek.

      8. Arch –
        FR –

Dr George Lamsa wrote his translation of the bible from original Aramaic.

He wrote that the same word was used for ‘rope’ and ‘camel’ in Aramaic centuries ago… because many tribes had only camel hair to fashion into ropes.

Some places in Lamsa’s translation differ from the Greek texts used as the basis of other English-language Bibles.

An example is found in Matthew Matthew 27:46, where Lamsa has “My God, my God, for this I was spared!” where the Greek text has “My God, my God why have you forsaken me.”

        And about the ninth hour
Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying,
        Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?
        that is to say,
My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

This is rendered in Lamsa’s translation:

        And about the ninth hour,
Jesus cried out with a loud voice and said,
        Eli, Eli lemana shabakthan!
My God, my God, for this I was spared!

        https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lamsa_Bible

      9. “Whether we live in the “worst time ever” can only be judged afterwards,”

Judged by what metrics? The Geiger counter readings in your back yard? The “worst time ever” is a meaningless phrase.

“fact is that from the beginning of Christianity up until now there have been numerous Christian movements who believed they lived in “the last days”.

For that matter, people also believe in UFOs, Bigfoot, 19 Islamic hijackers, Adam Lanza, etc. What do unfounded beliefs, superstitions, uninformed bare assertions, etc., have to do with Bible prophecy?

“The same thing happened within Judaism, with its many “false Messiahs”, the most famous of whom was Shabtai Tzvi. At least we can say they were all illusions, and if we are courageous enough to extrapolate (and in the process see our own relative insignificance) we might perhaps accept that we too live in that same illusion.”

Or we might take a look around and see that: (1) Jews now seem to have more power and influence over the corrupt “West” than ever before; (2) the Jews are once again driving the world to war; and (3) this time, the the opposing forces are armed with nuclear weapons, something that’s never happened before.

[1] “It is easier for a cable to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” (Jubilee Version 2000)

[2] “It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” (King James Version)

        Translation 1 apparently correct.

        Translation 2 apparently incorrect.

Translation 2 (“camel”) is an inspired mistranslation infinitely to be preferred to the boring, pedestrian and platitudinous Translation 1 (“cable”) which leaves nothing to the imagination. The fact that 99 per cent of New Testament translators have opted for the imaginative mistranslation “camel” in preference to the unimaginative correct translation “cable” is a tribute to their emotional intelligence.

Emotional intelligence is always to be preferred to high IQ without emotional intelligence, just as the New Testament in the King James version is far, far better for most people than the Aramaic-English dictionary.

Give me “camel” any day, you keep the “cable”! 🙂

        Check this out.

There are 26 translations here. Only ONE, the Jubilee Version, uses the uninspired correct word “cable”. The other 25 translations insist on using the inspired, incorrect word “camel”.

Good for them! Emotional intelligence prevails over linguistic pedantry, and wisdom puts knowledge in its place.

      11. Arch

In referencing the physicality of the earth you have presupposed that its, and OUR physical state is the only state in which we can experience our collective existence. What if such an “earth-shaking” event was simply a correction of sorts, having to do with man’s return to an ethereal state, where what our understanding tells us is a physical planet is really, say, an “aura of existence” in keeping with our true state, and not this material one belonging to jew?

  5. Predicting horrible things isn’t exactly a bad bet, is it?
Nor is it a calorie burner.
Every bad and terrible prediction Helen Keller ever made (with one arm tied behind her back) came true. And you can do it too!
Pick a theology, any theology, (or mythology) and you’ll find your predictions coming true, and this before you even predicted them! Another miracle! (lol).

BTW, it’s the same thing with the demon’s and their books, manuals, etc. Only worse..
    Here’s my prediction!

  6. Sheikh Imran Hosein’s repeating myths is VERY dangerous.

The Sheikh validates an “End-Times” apocalyptic event to the lunatic musselmen cultists wielding knives and hammers… TODAY in London..!!

This islamic “End-Time” belief has fueled London’s attacks by islamic cult member musselmen.

The cultists believe they are destined to lead the musselmen to victory before the end of the world..!! 🙂

The jihadist CULT members are modern, secular people…. with modern political concerns, wearing medieval religious disguise… and make it fit the Islamic State. The group holds a carefully considered commitment to returning civilization to a seventh-century legal environment…. AND to ultimately to bring about the apocalypse.

The Islamic State CAUSES events which they believe will initiate the countdown to the apocalypse.

Before “THE END” arrives – made to arrive – over 200 million Shia are marked for death. So too are the heads of state of EVERY musselmen country, who have elevated man-made law above Sharia by running for office…. or enforcing laws not made by God.

The ignorant musselmen cultists have been given orders to attack police or elected officials… with knives and hammers… to bring in “End-Times”..!!

One – damned IDIOT – used a hammer on a cop just hours ago.. at Notre Dame’s grounds…
    ….showing he hates Catholics..!!!

    1. Pat

You need to consider that what Hosein has to say about the “end times” is incidental to whatever the musselmen are being made to do in their delusional state, and that they would do what they do WITHOUT his input on the subject

Besides, what constitutes a “myth” anyway?

  7. End Times for Goys = Good Times for Jews

“Thanks to the terrible power of our International Banks, we have forced the Christians into wars without number. Wars have a special value for Jews, since Christians massacre each other and make more room for us Jews. Wars are the Jews’ Harvest: The Jew banks grow fat on Christian wars. Over 100-million Christians have been swept off the face of the earth by wars, and the end is not yet.” — Rabbi Reichorn, speaking at the funeral of Grand Rabbi Simeon Ben-Iudah, 1869.

  8. Sheikh Hosein’s observation that there are certain insanely ambitious creatures who wish to dominate and control the world is not inaccurate. His view that, essentially, they are reckless militarily is also accurate up to a point. But let’s be frank, perhaps not as civil as polite society demands, but in the interest of accuracy I prefer to call the satanic element referred to by the Sheikh by name based on study and contemporary observation – radical zionists (are there any other kind?) conveniently and not inaccurately referred to by author John Buchan (“The 39 Steps”) as “the Jew”. Not much has changed since Buchan’s day, except the jew of today has ‘diversified’ his program to include promoting the very sickest elements of society as the new normal, as a condescension to modern liberal judaism, impossible for the Bolsheviks and the Internationale given the widespread moral rationality of those times, though they did advocate societal degradation with vicious amoral experiments, foremost the attempt to destroy Christianity in Russia – something the Southern Christians who blindly support Israel should routinely refresh their missing historical memories with, as they may find once their usefulness is ended they may be next. Fortunately the reckless advocates of world war are not represented strongly at CFR, Bilderberg, and similar venues as these creatures stand to lose more than anyone else – they already own most of the wealth and production. That won’t stop them from calculated risks, however, like we see in Africa, the ME, and recently attempted in South Ossetia and Ukraine, as well as murderous adventures in Russia. Very often, their plans don’t pan out the way they wish. There is a huge disconnect in the perhaps well educated but lacking certain experience mentality common to this nomenclature. In short, there’s no substitute for mixing with the commoners to understand how most of the world lives, with it’s Asian varieties and so many others, that naturally resent any imposition of “globalist” values not only because it destroys lives and livelihoods but because it’s natural to view the self appointed elites agenda as invasion by well dressed scoundrels (and worse). What the Thais refer to in the common term as the “Poo Dee Anglit” (English gentlemen) who carved off Penang and other pieces of Siamese territory along with the Farang (Farang-say, or French) grabbing Cambodia and Laos from Siam on the other side. For convenience Buchan’s term is highly accurate if you study the shareholders of the East India Co. and French Colonials, the owners in the USA, UK, EU today – the jew.

    1. We should recall, Prime Minister Netanyahu in a casual but very public remark referred to Southern Christians as “Scum”, useful – for now. There is an excellent article on WHR taken from http://www.washingtonreport.me/2015-october/the-scofield-bible-the-book-that-made-zionists-of-americas-evangelical-christians.html written by Maidhc O’ Cathail. Christians really need to understand that the 1909 bible is not the problem, it’s Cyrus Scofield’s commentary. Does the Bible need some heavily partisan “commenter’ to define what is very clearly stated? With historical roots reaching to the Codex Sinaticus (the Sinai Bible, the earliest known copy of the Gospels residing in the British Museum, having been acquired by a subscription raising funds from the British people). At the very least, thinking Christians should examine the traditional and time tested views forged in the fires of martyrdom that are in direct opposition to Scofields utterly inaccurate armchair opinions when confronted with the current reality of the abomination of endless murder, rampant sexual perversion, the promulgation and export of corrosive vice and sin of every kind that forms the very foundation of the modern International pariah, Israel. More in common with Sodom and Gomorrah, if one bothers to study the historic literature. The zionist owned MSM in true satanic fashion conceals Israel’s sins. Probably worth reading (I’m looking forward to it hopefully) is Steven Sizer’s “Christian Zionism: the Road-Map to Armageddon” said to be the definitive critique of Scofield as quoted in O’ Cathail’s article. So in addition to Sheikh Hosein’s accurate mention of the element of those who lust for yet more control, we find a serious numerical component of willing “true believers” , uninformed, substituting currently popular ‘belief’ as a demonic convenience which doesn’t necessitate the traditional Christian challenge of reflection and examination, of introspection, meditation, and study. The deadly sin of (mental) sloth – God gave us brains for a reason, but we must use them. This element fosters the supremely dangerous irrational notion that somehow everything will in effect “get better” after an Armageddon using the satanic arsenal of modern weapons. Didn’t work out too well in WW1 or other places, did it?

      1. The Islamic counterpart are the takfiris, growing in numbers, the seductive appeal to uneducated youth molded by satanic Hollywood screen fantasy advocating permissable rape, trafficking humans, drug use, fomenting destruction and mass murder of unarmed human beings. This was never and never will be Islam.

      2. Netanyahu in a casual but very public remark referred to Southern Christians as “Scum”

Mirabile dictu: lobro in 100% agreement with a jew.
        Scofield’s scum
How easily they sold Christ, like tossing out the Christmas tree on Boxing day, “i’d like a refund on this item but would like to hang onto the spikes, useful in my garage”.

… enjoy your mint jewlep, Southern scummarama …

    2. Aye, Aye, Aye….and Aye again….of course the piece you refer to in the book vis-a-vis the jew, is conveniently missing from the film version. Quelle surprise.

  9. Meanwhile, back here on earth the Jewish Golem, nuclear power and nuclear bombs, will one way or the other cause the next great extinction and most likely the last great extinction. Right now the North Pacific ocean is dying from the massive radiation from the Japanese nuclear power plant disaster. In the NW United States the Hanford nuclear reservation located in SE Washington State is leaking radiation into the ground water and into the Columbia river system. Many babies born in towns and cities up close to Hanford are born with no brains and other birth defects. Hanford was where plutonium was refined for the two “Golems” that were dropped on Japan to end WW2 in the Pacific. Of course the Japanese wanted to surrender before the “Golems” were used but the American and Jew psychopaths wouldn’t hear of it.
Nuclear power plants from the beginning have been producing massive radiative waste that no one ready knows what to do with.
The bottom line is much the world is ruled by psychopaths. Soviet Russia was once ruled by psychopaths, but now seemed to be ruled by normal humans. The psychopathic sub-species of the human race are firmly in control of the West. Only psychopaths would believe that they can nuke Chinese and Russia and not themselves suffer their own extinction. Remember the psychopath has no conscience and no moral compass.
It could very well be that it was the psychopathic that Jesus railed against. Jesus loved the little children. Satan, the leviathan beast loves the psychopath and (((they))) love and worship the beast. The psychopath only looks human.

    1. “…In the NW United States the Hanford nuclear reservation located in SE Washington State is leaking radiation into the ground water and into the Columbia river system. Many babies born in towns and cities up close to Hanford are born with no brains and other birth defects. Sounds like karma to me.

  10. First off, thank you to Gilroy Kelly for addressing the magnetic pole switching from N to S, and then back again cyclically throughout time. This was my first thought when I first read through the comments here this morning before returning later to reply.

As regards to the sun rising in the West being one of the signs of the “end times”, this event of magnetic pole reversal could indeed appear to be “the end” as we know it : Weather anomalies out the wazoo, tectonic upheaval, crop failures, animal migration changes, etc are to be expected. Similar descriptions have been recorded describing the earth turning over on itself, the sky falling etc. in ancient accounts. Here is a link which consolidates many ancient accounts of this phenomenon from several cultures. You may find it interesting and useful for another perspective into how and why these “end time” prophesies are prevalent.

Much respect to all the people who contribute to this website with excellent articles and commentary. It is my daily bread 🙂

  11. Jesus taught that what a person does today is most important. Being a follower of the teachings of Jesus, not a Christian, I’m still working on what Jesus said to do every day. For me, spending time speculating on the future as told by whomever is not productive and a distraction.

For those interested, the video snippet above is taken from part 1 of a multipart interview as described below.

    1. “For me, spending time speculating on the future as told by whomever is not productive and a distraction.”

For most people, trying to read and understand the Bible, especially Biblical prophecy, is a complete waste of time. It would be sort of like someone who doesn’t have a grasp of algebra opening a book on differential equations, getting frustrated, and then telling everyone else it’s nothing but unintelligible gibberish.

    2. Ungenius, I’ll post this addressed to you as an example of my concurring with what I think may be a similar take between you and I

“ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars, see that ye not be troubled, for all these things must come to pass…”

In essence, I believe that what Hosein is intimating signals the END, not the beginning of jew rule, and the “doing”* that accomplishes this has little to do with the external actions of individuals and governments. Rather, I suggest that a collective morphogenic power of consciously reconnecting to life OUTSIDE of worldly manufactures is the primary force that raises the level of consciousness necessary for jew to disappear into the rear-view mirror, this in advancing beyond the physical restrictiveness of the material world (i.e. trapped in matter) that BY DEFINITION characterizes the “jew” state of existence mankind has resided in for eons

*alluding to what the Taoists say:

“the way to do is to be”

      1. I should add that the one external action that IS impactful concerns the position of Russia to act as a checkmate per what Hosein is referring to

      2. @ Brownhawk

We are not that far apart. We have different ways of expressing it. I lean heavily toward the simple. The longer I live, experience, and think, the more simple things appear to me.

From a spiritual and physical aspect, the spiritual world dictates the physical world. Everything had to come from somewhere. The creator being a spirit only had one source of everything, himself. Matter, energy, plasma, our soul/spirit are the same thing, the creator, in different forms. We are part of the creator whether we acknowledge it or not. Those that acknowledge, it’s an individual choice, the oneness of themselves with the creator, the Heavenly Father, are empowered to do good by their fellowman which is fulfillment of the Second Commandment, Love thy neighbor as thyself. Those choosing to acknowledge the oneness with the creator also live in the realm of truth, the basic truth being the oneness. Jesus explained it quite well in Luke 17:20-21 – And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, “The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.” This simple concept ties everything that Jesus taught together so that understanding is accomplished.

The only way to combat lies is with the truth, but since the basic truth is acceptance on an individual basis, waiting for a great awakening by most people to overturn the illusions of lies is a mistake. Per Jesus’ instruction, instead of waiting, we are to preach the good news of the Kingdom of God so that every individual can make their own decision to accept the oneness or not. Every individual that accepts the basic truth is empowered to defeat evil whether it be evil spirits or the evil of other humans deciding not to accept the oneness, jews and jewish stooges.

If it sounds like a lopsided arrangement, consider that Jesus said we could verbally command a mountain to move with just the faith, oneness, of a mustard seed. Those choosing to be outside the oneness have to rely on lots people with lots of dynamite and earth movers to move a mountain. The power balance is definitely in favor of those choosing the Kingdom of God within themselves. Consequently, it does not take a majority to defeat evil on a grand scale.

Some people have said that books need to be written about this good news. I always tell them that it has already been done in the Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Not many take the time to actually study what Jesus taught in the Gospels which is why the Kingdom of God is not preached as we were told to do by Jesus. Not preaching the Kingdom of God allows evil to manifest itself much more easily. It is rare, I’ve never heard one, that a sermon is given concerning the Kingdom of God being within us.

  12. First off… NOBODY thinks like me.. It is impossible. No one else IS me. I am unique. I expect no agreement… So, there.!! 🙂

It is ridiculous to me to believe that anyone could read the bible today and accurately know what happened 2000 years ago. Allegory has been supplanted with ‘facts’ which never existed. Any literal translation is impossible.

In my short 7 decades around here… I have seen words change meaning even WITHIN my own native language. American English has changed a lot.

Here is one very simple example:
‘Homosexual’ became ‘queer’ long before I was born, meaning ‘different’ in sexual desire. Then ‘queer’ became ‘gay’ in the 60s for some damned reason or another. A great word has been ruined by ‘queers’ today.

In 300 years the word ‘gay’ will likely ONLY mean what ‘queer’ meant to me in the 40s and 50s.

Even ‘mouse’ has a different meaning as an electronic device. I am using MY ‘mouse’ for writing this. OH, NO.!! A mouse is writing this… HELP..!! I must have taken one of Gracie Slick’s pills..!! 🙂

Then, there are the words existing today which never existed 20 years ago. There are THOUSANDS of words which have been invented to apply to new technology and dynamics just in the last decade…. and in mathematics and physics and chemistry. ‘Blockchain’ and ‘bevacizumab’ come to mind quickly:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blockchain

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bevacizumab

All of those simple language mistakes should be easy to observe and understand.

Here is one cause of mistakes which is less obvious than those simple changes in definitions or newly invented words:

I have never read or heard of the common sense applications of any of the actual physical defects of any ‘seer’ or reporter from ancient times, being taken into account as the reason for that person’s ‘gift’ of seeing things…. which other do not see.

    Example:
I see things with my right eye only that others do not. I have a scotoma there due to ‘idiopathic central serous chororetinopathy’ which is a precursor to ‘wet’ macular degeneration in my right eye. Bevacizumab injections into my eye help. Here is what I see:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scotoma

Anyone ‘seeing’ their scotoma 2000 years ago, 1000 years ago, 500 years ago, even 100 years ago could have easily told of ‘visions’ which others could not see. That would have been true. There ya go… A ‘SEER’ is established..!!

It has been known for over 50 years that ‘impressionists’ projected – painted – onto the canvas what they saw at a distance… without corrective eyewear… a blur… which is what collectors pay more for now… MISTAKES..!! 🙂

BUT…. Just imagine the VIVID visions produced when the rambling story tellers and writers were loaded with ‘poppy juice’ and other psychedelic vision and stupor inducing drugs…. with no DEA around to stop them..!! The American Indians and many others used peyote and marijuana to get information with help from their ‘peace pipes’ gently guiding them. SO peaceful… 🙂

Then, there are the numerous MAJOR language translation mistakes… WHEW..!!

Incidentally, a friend of mine from Bolivia told me that Americans are nutty for saying thing such as, “I love my car.” He told me it is impossible to express love for inanimate objects in proper Spanish. There ya are… That would lead translators away from reality hundreds of years down the road. But they would ONLY be able to ‘guess’ what was meant at the time it was recorded. Copulation with automobiles..?!? OH, Lawdy-Lawdy, ‘Honey-chile’….!! 🙂

For me… the bible CANNOT be taken literally to in ANY way resemble the accurate depiction of conversations and happenings 2000 years ago. NO way.

MY epiphany is different from the epiphany of others. I totally own it.

    1. funny that, Pat

I took one of “Gracie’s pills” years ago and tried writing something. When I read what I had written after the effects had worn off, I found that I had spelled the word “moist”, m-o-i-s-e.

      go figger

  13. WWIII has begun. This event has the Jew’s greasy Jewish fingerprints all over it. This is the classic destabilizing process used by Jews to soften up an enemy for a final major assault. In the meantime, westerners are too preoccupied to notice, kept busy by a blizzard of destabilizing attacks in their own countries.

Jews have turned the world upside down into an insane asylum. Should Iran be overwhelmed to become yet another judaized vassal state it will be game over as Jews will control the entire Near East and thus the majority of the world’s oil supply. Time is short – very, very short. Even the big game on the Talmud tube will be suspended for breaking news about the destruction advancing across the planet.

(A note to the admin: My last post, a reply to Franklin Ryckaert on June 6th, was never posted. If this was by design, no problem. If not, it may still be in the spam folder.)

Islamic State Launches Ramadan War on Shiite Iran with Attack on Parliament, Ayatollah Shrine – More here.

On Wednesday morning, the Islamic State carried out an unprecedented double terrorist attack on Iran’s Parliament building and the iconic shrine of the late founder of the Islamic Republic and leader of the 1979 revolution, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, leaving at least 12 people dead and 42 others injured.

The deadly siege went on for over four hours. The militants seemingly targeted those two specific landmarks to send a message to the Shiite government of Iran.

This is the fourth attack the Islamic State has claimed since the start of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, which began on May 27. The previous three include attacks on London, England; Manila, Philippines; and Baghdad, Iraq. The government of the Philippines has rejected ISIS’s claim on the Manila attack, however, stating the perpetrator had no ties to Islam at all. Wednesday’s attack on Tehran is the first time the Sunni Islamic State has taken carried out an assault in a Shiite-majority country.

Iran’s deputy interior minister, Mohammad Hossein Zolfaghari, said the terrorists entered Parliament wearing women’s clothing and wielding Kalashnikov rifles.

Another group of terrorists reportedly entered Khomeini’s iconic shrine where two Islamic State militants blew themselves up as others embarked on a bloody shooting spree. At least one Iranian security guards died in the suicide bombings.

According to the Independent, the terrorists could be heard shouting in Arabic, as gunshots and alarms rang in the background, “Oh God, thank you… Do you think we will leave? No! We will remain, God willing.” Those words were reportedly popularized by Islamic State spokesman Abu Mohammad al-Adnani, who was killed in Syria last year.

In a statement released by the Islamic State’s Amaq News Agency, the group said, “The two martyrdom operatives blew themselves up inside the Khomeini mausoleum in the center of Tehran.”

Both Iranian security and the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) reportedly killed the four terrorists who attacked the parliament building. The Shargh Daily included a picture of one of the Islamic State militant’s bodies:

According to the IRIB news agency, one of the men injured in the attack on Parliament said, “We weren’t allowed to bring a pen into Iran’s Parliament, but attackers easily fired [at] us in the building.”

Iran’s state Press TV tweeted an image of a security guard helping a child escape the Parliament building through a window:

“In recent days on the anniversary of Imam Khomeini’s death the shrine was very crowded and perhaps these gunmen have wanted to send a message that they can carry out such an attack in a place like that,” Azad Muhammadiyani, an MP and head of the United Kurdish Front told Kurdish news agency Rudaw. He added, “And the parliament is the place of legislation and passing laws and therefore the gunmen may have wanted to send this message too. ISIS has always wanted to sneak into Iran and the intelligence ministry has been reporting in the past three years how they have been foiling ISIS plans inside the country.”

Iran did not waste time blaming the Sunni-majority nation of Saudi Arabia for the attacks. Iran’s Fars News Agency wrote a piece titled, “Saudi deputy crown prince intimidates Iran weeks before Tehran terrorist attacks.”

According to IRIB news, Iran’s Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani called the attack a cowardly act. “Iran is an active and effective pillar in the fight against terrorists, and they want to damage it,” he reportedly said. After he finished speaking, his fellow parliamentarians began shouting “Death to America” while pumping their fists in their air.

    1. The “U.S. government” has recently attacked Iranian militia in Syria. By now it should be obvious to even the most diehard Trump supporters that he is trying to start WW3 in the Mideast.

Soon, Russia, Syria and Iran will have to defend themselves from Trump’s aggression in Syria, and that’s exactly what Trump wants.

  14. I believe that John’s second beast (Rev 13:11) = Daniel’s little horn (Daniel 7:8) = the office of president of the U.S. = “Orange Clown” Donald J Trump, who is the present occupant of the office.

And it looks like Orange Clown has again attacked Syrian govt. forces and/or allied militia in Syria. I believe Orange Clown is trying to start WW3 in Syria for his Satanic Jewish masters (the first beast of Rev 13). There is no other explanation for his actions, IMO.

The fact that Donald Trump is presently risking nuclear war with Russia over the issue of who rules Syria, and the fact that Donald Trump has no domestic political opposition whatsoever, despite the risks being taken, proves to me that the U.S. government is now completely illegitimate and has become an “image of the beast” that it dutifully serves.

You make good points. According to the Buddha, his teaching of the Dhamma would become corrupted and eventually become extinct. However he gave a different time frame of 5,000 years. Also most of the world’s population would be wiped out through war, disease, famine and so on. Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse perhaps? Only then would the next Buddha, Mettaya, currently waiting in Tushita, the highest heaven, be born to usher in a new age of religion. I don’t know if you are aware, but until the 6th Century AD, the Christian Church taught reincarnation but Emperor Justinian banned it. He even imprisoned the Pope at the time for disagreeing with him. Origen, one of the early Church Fathers was an avid believer. This is why to a Buddhist or Hindu, mass extinction of a major portion of humanity is not so earth shattering. The question we should be asking as a matter of Justice; Should the US, NATO and other lackey states of the NWO be allowed to exist? Also would their absence benefit the earth as a whole?
The Hindu Bhagavad Gita (translation Juan Mascaro) has this to say:
Chapter 4 Krishna speaking to Arjuna
    Verses 5 to 11
    5. I have been born many times, Arjuna, and many times hast thou been born. But I remember my past lives, and thou hast forgotten thine.
    6. Although I am unborn, everlasting, and I am the Lord of all, I come to my realm of nature and through my wondrous power I am born.
    7. (Emphasis mine) WHEN RIGHTEOUSNESS IS WEAK AND FAINTS AND UNRIGHTEOUSNESS EXULTS IN PRIDE, THEN MY SPIRIT ARISES ON EARTH.
    8. FOR THE SALVATION OF THOSE WHO ARE GOOD, FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF EVIL IN MEN, FOR THE FULFILMENT OF THE KINGDOM OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, I COME TO THIS WORLD IN THE AGES THAT PASS.
    9. He who knows my birth as God and who knows my sacrifice, when he leaves his mortal body, goes no more from death to death, for he in truth comes to me.
    10. How many have come to me, trusting in me, filled with my Spirit, in peace from passions and fears and anger, made pure by the fire of wisdom!
    11. In any way that men love me in that same way they find my love: for many are the paths of men, but they all in the end come to me.

    1. Hayagrīva: Origen believed that it is through divine grace and man’s free will working together that the individual soul attains perfection, and perfection consists of attaining a personal relationship with the Infinite Person.
Prabhupāda: Yes. That is called Bhakti-mārga.

      Dialectical Spiritualism: Origen

      1. Thanks for that! HP
Even JC enjoined his disciples to be perfect! Matthew 5.48 Be ye perfect, therefore, as your Father in heaven is perfect! A bit difficult to do that in one lifetime!
